Using my voice this week-- Speaking up about concerns with scheduling and politely disagreeing with a reply to some feedback I reported.
This may not seem like a big deal to you, but for me, a woman who was raised to be a flower and not a contributing member of society, it is.

New job: training was shadow twice-ish/do under supervision twice-ish, then set you free. On my 2nd solo job, I checked 1 box on a report incorrectly, and now several emails later it has turned into "were you not trained on this?"

Also, with on the job training in an event situation, not every scenario is going to come up to be explained, so it's asinine to expect all-the-things to be trained on over just 3-4 events.

Me causing my own hell by complicating basic things creating confusion, then me realizing what I've done, try to explain I was wrong + how i get it now, but me doing it wrong means I obviously don't get it so now i get to suffer through being told how i was wrong.

You know what causes a lot of unnecessary frustration? Assuming someone knows something you think they "should" know. Take a step back and make sure everyone has the same dots to connect.

I buy digital graphics (that I don't rly use b/c I make my own art), but today, while browsing, I realized the market's been flooded with AI generated images. I browse and buy for inspiration. Nothing AI is original, imo, so not very inspiring. Thx for saving me money, I guess.

After a hectic morning and drive, I've finally settled into a good rhythm at work, only to realize in my newly relaxed state of mind, that I forgot to put on deodorant.

My credit union just sent me notice of a new Binding Arbitration of Claims and Waiver of Class Action Agreement, that included instructions on how to opt out of it. I overwrought my adhd to send my notice of rejection immediately after reading the letter.

I deserve a cookie.

One of my favorite things that happened today was when the gate agent asked me my age to make sure I was old enough to be in an exit row.
Moral of the story: Dress like a toddler and keep everyone guessing.
