@GWRHelp your new booking system is not helpful for pre-booked tickets! How can you amend journeys for item pre 23/2?!

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@thewhitecompany surely this cannot be the correct price for a child’s soft toy!!! I think someone got too excited with the “0”s

Not everyone is working hard at T5 and taking valuable seats up for those with babies waiting 1.5hours good baggage again @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport #whenaretheexcusesgoingtoend #nearlythreeyears

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

Never use @ZARA for the online shopping their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and nothing is their problem

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@British_Airways This hasn’t worked and we have more flights missing tier and Avios for work travel with booking references only. Who can we speak to?

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@British_Airways who do we speak to about missing tier points from a BA Holiday?? Second time it’s happened now 😫

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@British_Airways how do we add a seat for under 2 for a BA holiday?? Book and then give yourselves a call even with sales closed?

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@AXS_UK can someone please contact me asap regarding event tomorrow. I’ve tried the form and live chat still no joy

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@British_Airways Why is the policy now to just hang up when questions get too difficult?! Another cancelled flight but no one is willing to help?

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]

@British_Airways what on earth is going on with customer services line?! Been hung up on twice and you’ve cancelled our flight 🤬

[Miss Em @EmilyGerman88]
