This completely explains Bonta’s meritless lawsuit against Paramount. The trial has been set for March 2027 and will cost Paramount billions of dollars for that delay.

If this deal is derailed, the entertainment industry in California will suffer massive job losses.

I asked CA gubernatorial candidate @XavierBecerra (D-CA) to expand on any plans to debate fellow candidate @SteveHiltonx (R-CA).

Four years ago, incumbent @GavinNewsom agreed to one radio debate on NFL Sunday against Republican challenger @BrianDahleCA (R-Lassen County) during the 2022 general election. Will Becerra seek a similar debate style or will we see something different this time around?

Hilton has agreed to several debate invitations ahead of the Nov. 3 election day. Will Becerra?

"We'll be everywhere and that will include debates," Becerra answered. See his full answer below.

I also included the question after mine that inquired about federal funding the Trump Administration pulled from the CA High Speed Rail project.

"We're going to get our money from the federal government," said Becerra, but he also added "If I am fortunate to become governor, we'll take a close look. We cannot run high-speed rail construction the way it's been done," he concluded.

As Secretary of HHS, Becerra lost track of migrant kids who were too quickly released to unvetted "sponsors" & into dangerous living/work circumstances.
At least 40 migrant kids have died because of Becerra's carelessness.
Becerra's only debate tactic is to mention the President's name (an easy, cheap rhetorical signal to his hard core Democrat base).
Becerra is a failed bureaucrat.
