Real Estate Gala keeps getting better. Thank you to @BobKnakal and @realEstateTrent for making it happen!
This year felt like the best kind of family reunion. Grateful to be surrounded by so many inspiring friends.
Also somehow got interviewed by X while I was there. Still processing that one.
Feeling energized and excited for what is ahead this year 💫 #retwit
#NYC did not disappoint.
Incredible night at the #XGala at Peak—great conversations, sharp minds, and a room full of people actually moving the needle in CRE.
Grateful for the relationships, the energy, and the reminder that showing up in the right rooms matters. Huge thank you to @CREXinc@realEstateTrent@BobKnakal for another epic party and good times spent with friends and colleagues.
I just finished listening to @TonyRobbins on The Diary Of A CEO, and something struck me. With AI automating so many processes, the future belongs to those who think differently.
As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I know firsthand how “out-of-the-box” thinking is often undervalued. But now, in this new era, it’s going to be a superpower. On a personal note, watching my son navigate his own journey at 7, advocating for him to get the right accomodations and the challenges of finding his rhythm in the classroom, I see that same spark of possibility. It’s not always easy, but I believe this shift toward valuing diverse minds means a brighter future for him too. Pattern recognition, creative problem-solving, and nonlinear approaches… these are exactly the skills that will set us apart from AI that follows scripts.
Through my work in CRE and hosting conversations on my podcast, I’ve seen time and again how my clients and the incredible people in this industry, who think differently, who challenge norms, are thriving. Teams that celebrate these unique minds are going to be unstoppable.
Highly recommend a listen to this episode: https://t.co/mYrQsMujAo
