@goustocooking really really disappointed that our box contains several chicken thighs on tomorrow’s date - your email suggesting they are eaten by tomorrow doesn’t help when you have more than one meal with going off chicken on a short date!!! Waste of money 😏

@brittanyferries why am I now incurring a foreign transaction fee when paying by card in sterling on board? This has never happened before. You appear to be processing transactions through a French bank account now? Any ideas @bfenthusiasts ?

No surprise @BrittanyFerries Barfleur is sailing and docking late in today’s sailing from Cherbourg. That’s both sailings this holiday that have docked late! Disappointing service

@BrittanyFerries @bfenthusiasts You need to have transparency and inform customers before using their card that the Pounds sterling transaction will be processed outside of the UK and may incur a charge from their bank so customers can make an informed choice on whether to pay by card or cash.

@BrittanyFerries @bfenthusiasts I most certainly paid in sterling. I have spoken to my bank, they advised a foreign transaction fee was applied because the transaction was an international one, my bank statement shows it being processed in Roscoff France
