When I’m going through a difficult season, something that helps me is reading about/learning from/connecting with others who have had a similar experience.
This is why I openly talk about my experience with my eating disorder + recovery 💗
When you’re healing your relationship with food, you may find yourself craving for carbs more than anything else.
This is incredibly normal, especially if you have been restricting carbs.
What’s the solution?
Allow yourself to eat the carbs 👍🏼

Wear the shorts.
Show your arms.
Go to the lake.
Eat the food.
Attend the cookout.
Hug the people you love.
Life is too short & too precious to not do things because of your body. 🙏🏼
