@SouthwestAir Seems like there’s a domino effect on each flight where row 1 has to place their bags in the compartment for row 2 and by the time row 5 comes around, my bag is in row 8 and I end up being one of the last to get off the plane. Maybe fix that, @SouthwestAir

I was really excited for the new @SouthwestAir changes, but they’re a mess. I flew on 4 planes today all in Group 1, and not once did I get to place my bags over my seat. Rows 2-6 just had to wait around to get their bags from rows behind them each time

How does it work out that I can place my bags over my seat on every other airline if I’m in the first or second boarding group, but @SouthwestAir can’t manage to make that work? We literally had no one walking off the plane for 5 minutes because people couldn’t find their bags
