@sahilypatel That is pretty typical for conglomerates (known as chaebols) in Korea though. Check out Hyundai, SK Company and LG. All have subsidiaries that would be unexpected in the West.

@KarmaOfBTS777 The reason offsides sometimes seems to be called late is because the player isn't breaking a rule by being beyond a the closest defender until they actually receive the ball.

Someone please correct me if I made an error (or several) in my explanation
