We have spent the last five months sitting at this table doing GCSE revision - we’ve argued, persisted and exhausted ourselves. We’ve both longed for the end…now it’s here I don’t mind admitting how much I’ll actual miss it. We couldn’t be prouder of you Ems xxxx
@Geo_Dougie Haiti is an excellent case study - have you seen ‘The Troubled Path to Haiti’ (I might have remembered that wrong at this early hour) We use it as a guided read and find it ties a lot of the complex problems together
@GHbusinessteach@PaulGarvey4@Team_English1 @SLTchat I received a text message yesterday informing me of what my Y7 son had been reading in English and offering similar recommendations - superb idea - very welcome @TodHighEnglish
@sarajcox I had a pair of ‘Nike Air Pegasus’ - I adored them and even drew them for my art exam. They got stolen so the art picture was all I was left with!!! I bloody loved those trainers; first pair non-Gola trainers I ever owned
@Miss_Snuffy I think you could stuck with the LOTR analogy - not as obvious as LOTF but potentially even deeper when you consider the culture of the fellowship, the individual struggles against adversity and the return of order to Middle Earth. 😊
@MissJCousins This year my parter and I have shared a home, a classroom and an office. Didn’t really think about it being and issue and it hasn’t been one (she might respond differently 😂) Great for COVID compliance as well!!
