Many have lost access to their birth certificates because a lot can happen in a lifespan (lost in a move, fires, floods, and other destructive tragedies, etc.)

@BlackKnight10k Independents vote for the candidates they feel will best serve their interests... and often at the federal level that is considerably different from their local level choice. I think what we're seeing is a lack of "showing up" of Democrats, more than anything. Turn out was down.
