@tanpukunokami This is underrated and hard to understand if you don’t live in Texas. Texas barbecue restaurants often have a condiments bar where the barbecue sauce is served. But along side the barbecue sauce is freshly cut onions, pickles, and pickled jalapeño peppers. It’s a culture shock.
