@SilverspotFilms this was my first time coming to this theater. 1st time a theater had no popcorn, rude servers and belligerent manager. 1st time I was escorted out of a theater. All at @SilverspotFilms thanks to Alex. Worst customer service ever.

@SilverspotFilms I’ve also..NEVER had to be escorted from a theater. Alex (the manager) made sure to tell the officer he called to get my name to “ban me” from ever coming back. WHY?!?! Because this was the worst theater experience I ever had and he didn’t take the time to listen

@SilverspotFilms and felt the need to have me escorted off the premises. He called police and all. Never…I mean NEVER…have I been to a theater that doesn’t have popcorn, especially at this price point for admission. I’ve also NEVER had such a negative experience at a theater

@SilverspotFilms I couldn’t believe the manager of any establishment wouldn’t even ask what my problem was and/or provide a resolution. Any other theater would’ve approached with understanding and, at the very least, offered a voucher for my next visit. No. Alex was a power trip

@SilverspotFilms as I’m coming the escalators, in an empty area, Alex (the manager) hears from about 30-35 feet away. Instead of understanding my frustration of coming to a hi end theater, only to find they don’t have popcorn…he screams “that’s it, you’re outta here!”

@SilverspotFilms After all the running down two flights in the middle of my movie and finding out that at 10:15pm, while movies are still running, the theater isn’t selling anymore popcorn. I walk of, in disbelief and talking to myself, about horrible of an experience this is.

Had the worst theater experience in my life at @SilverspotFilms in downtown Miami. Scan menu didn’t work. App kept crashing. Mid movie I was told I had to go two stories down to get my own popcorn and soda. When I get down to the concession stand, they tell me there is no popcrn
