God can know a thing before it happens. God can forgive sins before a person commits it.

I personally look away when a member hops around despite all efforts by leadership to feed you and take good care of you .
I know how much of sacrifice our leaders make .

We have sleepless nights often.

Night and day working.

If it's not okay for you and we aren't good enough.
I don't bother .
I let you find pasture elsewhere.

There are some folks Jesus and the 13 can't pastor them , they will still hop around,eat junk food,look for "balance".

Years back I wasted QUALITY time seeking after such folks rather than focusing on the available.

This is for younger pastors.

Don't kill yourself.

Don't let anyone use the "control switch" of accusing you of control or the "manipulative spell" of saying you're manipulative to cause you to grow unnecessary grey hair.

We have 200million in Nigeria with majority unsaved ,7B globally with many unsaved and unreached.

Many are hungry.

Don't waste time on some wannabes.
They are full .

Don't let anyone drag you into Bitterness.

Focus on the grateful and available.

Until we understand the nature and gravity of sin and its reward, we cannot appreciate the greatness of the redemption that Christ offers.

In the gospel, we see sin truly exposed and God's great love revealed in how he justifies the ungodly.

It is a SO GREAT a salvation!
