Are you the one eating the food? Since when did heating up food or packing unfinished food in a pack become food poisoning? How are we supposed to finish the food in one sitting? Zero sense of oh! Let’s see what we can do or anything of the sort!

Trying to talk to the staff that we would like to speak to their owners and the owners finally come out! We are livid and asking the owners why they couldn’t either pack the food or microwave and the next thing they have to say

Morning came and we extended our stay, stilled asked them again and pleaded with them to help us microwave the food or at least help pack it in takeaway plates and same story! Who eats cold food? Where is the hospitality in this???

We ask again that the food then be covered and kept in the room, which they did and later same day, we asked if it could be microwaved as it was cold and we wanted to eat it, they said they also don’t do that. Huh!!!!

How do you pay over 500k a night for an all inclusive package, meaning food, cocktails and what not, then you bring out the food, we are only able to eat a little, we ask that the food be packed for us and put in the fridge, they said that can’t be done.

I really don’t like dragging brands because I also own a business. But this one, I am going to speak because this is the most ridiculous thing I have heard from a hospitality business.
