@StarbucksUK Hi, can you please tell me why I had to pay an extra 5p for a grande skinny decaf PS latte this lunchtime, £4.65 instead of £4.60. Didn't realise until I saw an advertisement on leaving the store. Hopefully your tills are not adding 5p on everyone's order! Thank you!

@GreggsOfficial I tried to use the 02 priority app this morning for my free coffee but was told all your systems were down and codes were not being honoured. Now it is back up and running the free coffee has disappeared from the 02 app, as is usual every lunchtime! Disappointing!
