Francis made a strong impression both on and off the ice, with his imposing frame and engaging personality quickly making him a fan favourite.

His physical, high-energy playing style brought consistent intensity to the match night line-up, alongside the versatility to play both forward and defence when required.

Manchester Storm are thrilled to announce the signing of veteran blueliner and three-time All-Star Drydn Dow, most recently with the Dundee Stars.

The 33-year-old import defenceman has been a prominent figure for the Stars, spending all seven of his Elite Ice Hockey League seasons in Dundee.

In 369 EIHL appearances, Dow recorded an impressive 261 points, tallying 67 goals and 194 assists.
