@MaiaDunphy @Ryanair U should be able, that said they don’t make it easy. I ended up taking small claims case - holiday booked, dad subsequently diagnosed with terminal cancer & passed away. Ryanair refused refund, small claims court took case on my behalf & 8 wks after his death we got our money.

@NandosIRE an absolute disgrace that you are charging people €7.50 for a bottle of water in your Liffey Valley store. Food is poor but this is totally taking advantage of customers and does little to encourage healthy drinking as opposed to soft drinks.
