@ZARA_Care I live in Manchester & the Zara store queuing/paying system is genuinely terrible. I’ve queued for 25 minutes and not there yet. It’s a weekday. There are 2 people on till. Every time I come in the experience is awful. I tried to complain privately but there’s no way.
