Rest in Peace Afande Tom Byabagamba. It is unfortunate that your life took search a direction and ended in confinement. However, when you meet Afande Gisa Rwigyema and other heroes that left earth, please tell them their comrade @PaulKagame is doing an excellent job. Tell Afande Rwigyema that his fight for a liberated Rwanda did not go to waste. Tell him that his friend has elevated Rwanda from ruins to an admirable African destination. Tell him that Rwanda is safe for all Rwandans. Tell him that HE Paul Kagame has made the line between Tutsi and Hutu less visible by day. The two now co-exist in peace and harmony. Tell him Rwanda is not a perfect country. Like any other, it has its problems but the hope is alive because of the competent KP leadership. Tell him that Rwandans are not consumers of pity parties but are now respected people on the African table. Tell him that among all other issues the country is facing, insecurity is not a major one. Rwanda is one of the safest countries in the world despite its external enemies. Rest in peace.
