@Qantas my bag has was lost and a claim was filed within 21 days, yet I am currently being ignored by the customer care team. Reaching out on hear to bring this to your attention again. Please help.
another day another frustrating situation with @Qantas customer service. Day 9 without any luggage or any communication as to when we will be reviving our luggage from Auckland. Oh and we have had no form of compensation to reimburse for essentials.
@Qantas appalled that it has now been 8 days without our luggage. After my first tweet I responded as requested, yet you failed to reply to help any further. Shocking customer service if you ask me.
@AKL_Airport are you able to advise what is happening with our luggage? We arrived on the flight from Melbourne on Tuesday 14th. @Qantas are useless and we have not receive an email about receiving our bags VIA courier. 72 hours without any of our essentials is ridiculous.
@Qantas appalled by the shocking customer service. All lines for baggage help are blocked/down. Was asked to DM our tag numbers and had no response. Been without our luggage and essentials for 72 hours.
@Qantas We also do not have the budget to go out and buy these essentials so please let us know what compensation you will be offering for not having any of our belongings for 48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.
@AKL_Airport@Qantas hi, myself and my boyfriend flew in yesterday from Melbourne and are now stranded in our campervan with no essentials. We have called all possible numbers with no luck. Please can you advise if we can come to the airport and locate our bags?
@Qantas Hi, please can someone send us an update? We are still stranded in Auckland with no luggage and no essentials. We have heard nothing from anyone with regards to when we can collect our luggage.
Possibly the most baffling people: the ones who are still wearing masks now that we don't legally have to, but still wearing them underneath their noses.
