I’m glad men like this caller are speaking out because we need to expose these misogynistic attitudes, so we can confront and challenge them head-on.

This man's claim that it's women's fault for not speaking out about sexual harassment is classic victim-blaming and reflects a deep ignorance of the power imbalance that older men hold over younger women.

Men with views like this support and uphold patriarchal systems that perpetuate male violence against women and girls. Similarly, if you are a man who chooses to ignore this behaviour in your friends, you are complicit in allowing it to continue.
