During the Artemis II mission, astronauts had a fun time playing around with water in the weightlessness of space.
Artemis II was @CSA_ASC astronaut @Astro_Jeremy's first spaceflight — so his crewmates taught him a lot about the physics of water in space.

I’ve helped hundreds of people improve their gut health in the last year
Here are the 8 most common mistakes I’ve seen:
1. Raw vegetables
Raw vegetables, especially cruciferous ones can be tough to digest. Some of the most common I’ve seen eating spring mix/kale/spinach salads, or putting spinach/kale in smoothies. Opt for cooked vegetables, fermented vegetables, microgreens, raw carrots
2. Gluten
Gluten can wreak havoc on the gut (at least in the US), mostly due to the poor quality. Eating gluten can activate zonulin, a protein that can increase leaky gut Most wheat crops are sprayed with glyphosate, a pesticide that can disrupt the gut
3. Food additives
Many foods that are promoted as the “healthy alternatives” contain additives like maltodextrin, splenda, carrageenan and more can all promote gut inflammation. The most common one that I’ve seen is carrageenan in dairy free milks, such as oat or almond milk
4. Circadian rhythm disruption
Your circadian rhythm regulates many aspects of your health, gut health being one of them. Disruption in circadian rhythm can promote growth of inflammatory gut bacteria. Get sun, especially in the morning, & reduce artificial light at night.
5. Coffee on empty stomach
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach can increase cortisol levels which can disrupt the gut. It can also increase stomach acid which causes issues if you are prone to acid reflux or other GI issues It’s also good to opt for a low acid, organic coffee
6. They don’t get enough prebiotics
Many people are focused on probiotics, but aren’t getting enough prebiotics, a form of fiber that feed the probiotics in your gut. Some sources are cooked then refrigerated rice and potatoes, green bananas, asparagus, dandelion root & more
7. Cheap probiotic supplements
Most probiotic supplements contain fragile bacteria, and a majority of the bacteria are killed by stomach acid. Opt for probiotic foods like kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi or a spore based probiotic supplement, which have greater survivability
8. Not Testing
Most people are reading things online and completely guessing with what diets to do, what supplements to take, etc. Sure, some may get lucky and guess right. But more times than not people can waste YEARS trying different protocols without actually knowing what is going on from within.
