She’s parked way over the line, pointing to scratches that honestly don’t look fresh. He’s pretty sure he never touched her vehicle.

Now he’s stuck.

I still do not have a response rather Turkish Airlines is playing games and prolonging our pain and suffering. First I was told my brother did not show up to board but when we proved that he was denied boarding the story changed.

I now have the certificate of representation but the link they sent in the email has no provision to upload a document but is a link that takes one to the general inquiry page. What is a Turkish Airlines customer team? I need an answer, please. I am tired and fed up

When I asked for an update, I was told they did not see the document. I resent it and waited for a response but there was none until I asked them again and as usual, they asked for another document, a certificate of representation🤔🤔🤔🫤

6/9Then I was told they couldn't find the records of all the tickets. I supplied the document including a bank statement of the payment from my Bank in UK. I was asked for a document to show we shared the same father with my brother.

@TK_HelpDesk I have received a response requesting an official certificate representation indicating passenger confirmation/ wet signature. I have no idea why they asking for all of these now when they could have for it all at once. Is it another strategy to prolong our misery?
