Its the smallest things that makes the biggest difference. A big thank you to Keisha at the luggage check in desk for getting our @jet2tweets holiday to the best start. You really helped settle our little ones nerves pre flight.
@greateranglia served by Abayomi in the Chelmsford ticket office branch this morning who was really lovely and helpful - made sure i got the right ticket and even made the train pulling in. big thumbs up to him 👍
Disappointed merlin rap decision. the virtual queuing system worked really well for us. But we’ve used it just once in the last year. its still overwhelming! Irony is you can still jump the queue as they put it - you just have to pay for it now. #merlinbbc#rideaccesspass
@greateranglia@IssaKhalifehQM@Keir_Starmer Oh and you have removed the ability to have an eticket on the ga app… so I have had to queue for a machine at the station and waste a tree for a paper based ticket that im now petrified of losing… going to be a great day
@greateranglia Sorry to hear for all involved. Can you give me the email for help with refunds - on the app online its trying to charge a £5 admin fee as im unable to travel in.
@MartinSLewis@Gingerbread so confusing - I did my self assessments and swear I’m paying more than should be. cancelled the benefit last Jan because it just wasn’t worth the hassle. not against paying the tax if you go over but think its unfair that combined/total household income isn’t the deciding factor
@FirstEssex Thank you for offering but there’s not a lot really we can do now. I would like to say though your team’s communication needs to be better. Not everyone has access to a smartphone and there were a couple of elderly people that rely on your service
