@LBC @mrjamesob @rachaelvenables Like many others we are in a flat <18m where the freeholder will not start the EWS1 process and no banks will lend on the building. You only need to search EWS1 on Twitter to see how many this is affecting. Thank you for highlighting!

Ours is under 11m. Also that and money, saying it will cost £40k+ #ews1 #cladding

Halifax not budging (sale fell through) and freeholder saying they will not entertain ews1.

It’s below 11m though and has passed FRA recently. Just a completely ridiculous situation that everyone is finding themselves in!
