@dpduk_ how are you supposed to contact anyone? A parcel was due to be delivered 24th dec. said delivery refused. No attempt was made. Re-arranged for pick up on 27th. Not delivered to drop off point. Said it would be there 28th. Not delivered. Now says it is being held at depot?
