Drs didn’t perform miracles today. They followed cpr protocols which can be used by all. That’s why he survived. Not miraculous genius.
Don’t look in awe of drs.

Today I didn't get a job I applied for. Why share that? We see so much tweeting about successes but we hide situations that didn't have the outcome we'd like. I believe that the opportunities we don't get to take can lead us to different opportunities! It doesn't mean failure 🧡
Just waiting out for the jobs that suit me. Just waiting out to hear back from the ones I’ve applied for. Just waiting on the results of my assignments. Just reminding you that these days are all part of the journey of achievement, not just the announcements, offers, result days.
@kcookphysio@UoW_Physio@thecsp@thecspstudents It often felt to me that recruiters cared little about me as a person, almost like I was there purely to be examined. I expected a bit of this but also expected that they would care about my values and non-academic skills as well.
Another placement ticked off ✅
Honest talk... really struggled on this placement balancing other work, job stresses and at some points feeling not good enough.
I have learnt it’s completly normal to feel this as a student....

The first day of my final placement today... as well as my 21st birthday! Not quite the normal birthday but very lucky to have @_amberjones1 to make it memorable 😍

Spent time on COVID wards today instead of ICU. These guys deserve way more credit/ attention from the media- incredible compassion and empathy for pts not for escalation of care. Amazing therapy input, lots of hand holding and reassuring words #proud 💪
