@shreyas @rorysutherland I agree with Rory’s theory that 1*7 != 7*1. He uses the example that Amazon is good at selling 1 thing to 7 people, but not 7 things to 1 person (this is what Walmart is good at).

@lennysan @lennysan maybe you can also cover some bad work trials. I’ve seen big and small companies using take home assignments as free consulting. The worst part is they don’t provide any feedback (according to company policy) afterwards.

This behavior gets worse in the current market.
