@northernassist quick question. Do you not have staff cleaning toilets or checking them? This is the state of the one in Halifax Train Station. I'm absolutely disgusted by the state of it with some of toilet paper having faeces on it!

@northernassist I have reported it to them and they are going to close them. I don't think it should be the responsibility of the staff and the fact should be you employ the cleaner past 10am on a Saturday

@MCRMetrolink you really need to put double trams on the Rochdale line at rush hour. It is so busy it's unsafe and the driver spent 5 mins trying to reset the doors because it's so busy! If there's an accident or he breaks hard they'll be a lot of claims for injuries!

@OfficialTfGM @FirstManchester Thank you and oh about 10 passengers got on the bus whilst waiting so never paid. Always happens when they swap drivers and the other driver isn't there! Hopefully I won't miss my connection. If I do I won't be happy. Such an unorganised mess!

@OfficialTfGM is the most unorganised transport service I've known. Been sat on the 184 bus to Huddersfield at Oldham Mumps for 15 mins as they change drivers. Absolutely shocking!

@OfficialTfGM Apparently the driver was on a meal break! Finally set off half an hour late 10 mins ago! Total disgrace and I've tweeted on @FirstManchester page too. At least you reply

@northernassist Yes I understand that, but you miss the point. There are 3 trains that travel through Rochdale on the Calder Valley line and you cancel the one hourly one when the other 2 go via Halifax! So a journey that I should get home at 7pm will now take an extra 2 hours! Ridiculous

@northernassist fuming! So you've got a shortage of drivers, ok. So you cancel my one an hour train, 17.51 from Rochdale to Brighouse. But then you excel yourselves and cancel the next hourly train at 18.51 on the same route! Do you actually check? I'll get home sometime tonight!
