@McDonaldsUK Worked for McDonald’s for 2 years (2009-2011) aged 16-18. I was promoted but refused a pay rise in line with the new role, and when I gave notice as I had a new role, they cut all my shifts and left me without an income.. I didn’t even have to give notice

@McDonaldsUK When I worked at McDonalds we all had 0 hour contracts and all the managers would send everyone home early unless they were in their friends group and would often call their friends in as well

It wasn't rare to be scheduled for 30-40 hrs a week but only be there for less than 20
