Yesterday, the #WICOP MDT worked together on a simulated scenario that we encounter often in practice. We had to deal with a simulated 78 year old (me!) who denied any issue with nutrition but had objectively lost weight. His daughter was very worried @SouthEastCH@UHW_Waterford
