Darren dealt with it very professionally, not aided by the fact they spoke very little English. They had no idea of their location, Darren’s local knowledge was invaluable in getting help to the scene.

Been a very busy day for the Ranger Team, Darren assisting a BM visitor who crashed his motorcycle and Steve has been controlling invasive plant species with the BBNPA Wardens near Llanthony Priory, we are a small team but we try to have a big impact. #TeamWork #BlackMountains

Dropped into the BMLUP ambassadors training day this morning then onto Hay on Wye to look at progress on the easy access project and associated work. All looking good with more work to come soon.

BMLUP Ranger Darren was witness to a motorcycle accident near Hay Bluff, Darren was first on scene and called emergency services, he administered First Aid and then guided in ambulance staff, thankfully although injured the foreign rider was not seriously hurt. Great work Darren.
