@easyJet @easyJet are you serious, should I be eligible? spending 24 hrs in an airport & not being offered food or water for 12 +hrs after our flight was cancelled is unlawful. Here’s a picture of my 4 yr old sleeping on #heraklion airport’s dirty floor with flies on her. Disgraceful

@easyJet The restaurant won’t accept the vouchers you have given us for another 20 mins but hey it’s already been 13 hrs so why not make us wait a bit longer? Had a crazy debate with staff about why the voucher only gets us a slice of bread & a black coffee (no milk, god forbid)

@easyJet to add insult to the whole scenario your customer service team are clueless. How is it acceptable to use the fact it’s the weekend to avoid answering simple questions about your complaints and compensation process???

Original flight from Heraklion at 23:35 yesterday. Flight cancelled at 3 AM. Now flight is 3PM today.
No food, no hotel, no water, no staff.

@easyJet over 13 hours in the airport now and flight doesn’t leave for another 7 hours! People having to sleep on floors amongst flies when we’ve paid over £1500 for flights is a disgrace. No refreshments offered for another hour. #heraklion #crete #CustomerService #nightmare

@easyJet thanks so much for ruining the end of our holiday. Over 3 1/2 hour delay with no info as to why and then you cancel the flight. No accommodation made available. my children and I had to sleep on the floor next to a disgusting toilet in the airport. No flight till 3pm.
