.anyone else shocked at how huge conglomerates such as @amazon get away with such back customer service .
I own a small independent retail and wellness business and would never treat my customers the way @AmazonUK do. You should be ashamed of yourselves .

@AmazonHelp . I have completed the form again and let’s hope I get a response and a resolution as I am over £600 out of pocket for a sub standard paddling pool which was no bigger than a foot spa with a Chinese plug attached !!! Who is screening your vendors
@AmazonHelp Yes I have had messaged the seller I have requested a refund. I have sent photographic evidence the product has been return. I have appealed and everything has been ignored . I am still an Amazon customer and have been loyal but it’s shocking that I am over £600 out of pocket

For a substandard paddling pool and even hand delivered it back to the crook who was box shopping it from China and still no refund!!! Shame on you .

@AmazonHelp .@AmazonHelp I have already used the contact us form and spoken to about five people and got nothing and nowhere except a very rude customer services manager which is why I am reaching out here .

@AmazonHelp .@Amazonhelp I have submitted a refund request and returned the item personally and was charged £535.99 for a paddling pool which was sub quality and had a Chinese plug attached
@AmazonHelp Yes I did submit one and it was rejected because I hadn’t returned the product to the Amazon market place seller. So I returned it and sent photographs of the return and recontacted the seller and was ignored . Ok I will resubmit
