The Friends star was a great actor, but by his own admission, a very tormented guy. His recent autobiography about his addiction-ravaged life was one of the most powerful, honest and revealing I’ve ever read. Such sad news.

It always cracks me up how chatty people get once a plane lands. We board and there are minimal courtesies to our neighbors. We land and people start sharing their favorite flavor of ice cream, their travel plans, their kid’s report card info, and their full life stories. Haha.
