@virginmedia disgusting. Lied and sold something to my elderly gran, received the goods and it was something different. 5 calls and two weeks of waiting and still not received anything to send the goods back. Fraud to a pensioner. What a disgrace!

Avoid @virginmedia miss sold an oap, and now charging her for it despite her phoning continuously to cancel and send back. Customer service agents have happily distressed an elderly woman and taking her pension money and offering no help!!
