So @AsdaServiceTeam have been holding £80 of my money since 31st August, bank wont reverse until Asda have confirmed they won't be taking the money, or until 31 days have passed. 4 times I've contacted Asda now for them to "look into it" and still my money has not been returned

@loopearplugs can you please do something about those awful cases! 2nd pair of loops I've lost now when I've not even been wearing them because the case has just opened without me knowing. They're not exactly cheap to keep replacing either 🤦🏼‍♀️
