@MSEHospitals Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the AMU East day team yesterday (especially Angela and Laura). It was a difficult shift but their positivity helped majorly to keep my dad's spirits up while we faced the all the waiting 👍
Feeling very lucky to work for a Trust that tries to show how much it values its staff at this time of year. Thanks @ImperialNHS@Imperialpeople for the vouchers - they'll definitely come in handy!
And we're off! Pilot sessions for Data Bytes™ are underway, bringing data literacy to the masses (eventually!)
Complete with post-it note of affirmations that this is a test and things will go wrong, but that's ok 👍
Made it to #qlikworldtour in London today. I swear I come to these events for more than the free swag but it is appreciated ☺️ Ready to connect with peers around the future of analytics #qlik
Today I'm a visitor to a hospital that has no maps on its website, no directions on the appointment letter and almost zero signage. The one person on reception is having to direct EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON.
Me: cringes at presentations which end with cheesy quotes or memes
Also Me: *searches the internet for the perfect funny quote to put at the end of my presentation*

@WMonaghanHealth Saw a presentation on RPA yesterday which I think went down very well with the audience - showing the benefits of what the 🤖 can do to free up valuable time for staff is a win win all round
Happy #NationalNumeracyDay 🎉 just seen the Peter and Lottie number natter over lunch and anything involving cake gets my approval 🍰 especially when it comes to helping people with numbers and maths 👍 #dataiseverywhere
Let's get a #BigNumberNatter thread going! How do you feel about maths?
It's #NationalNumeracyDay @nationalnumeracy! Lots going on throughout throughout day with plenty of Dyscalculia content with @DyscalculiaNet1 😀
A lot of people talk about learning Excel, SQL, PowerBI or Tableau on your Data Analytics journey. Not many talk about:
✅ Problem Solving
✅ Trend analysis
✅ Colour palette knowledge (for visualizations)
✅ Stakeholder comms
Pls you need these skills + more on your journey.
@jessica_xls@JWarbington@msexcel While I should be promoting the use of other BI tools, I will always love Excel purely for its flexibility - columns as large or as small as you want, can place things wherever you want and not within a predetermined grid, all the colours and fonts you could wish for, love it 😍
Do you know someone looking for a job as a Qlik developer? Maybe they'd like to come and work for a leading NHS Trust? Details are here: https://t.co/KnIZHAVhvt

Decided to run a thematic analysis to feedback on a new initiative in the department. So far today I've a) had to remind myself how to do a TA and b) look up how to remove blank cells from Excel. Starting to wonder what else I've forgotten 😳
@Lailanie33 I'm so sorry to hear this, loved working with Ann even for a brief time. She is definitely going to be missed. Sending you all condolences and love 🫂❤️🩹
First day back in the office since 16th March 2020. Feeling safe thanks to the Covid Secure protocols in place @ImperialNHS but it's still strange actually seeing some of my colleagues and having a conversation with them!
Today is #InternationalNursesDay.
Nurses have played an integral role in our response to Covid-19. Many were redeployed, learning new skills while sharing expertise. Others stayed back and kept important services running.
Thank you for all your hard work this year.
