Today I'm a visitor to a hospital that has no maps on its website, no directions on the appointment letter and almost zero signage. The one person on reception is having to direct EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON.

@WMonaghanHealth Saw a presentation on RPA yesterday which I think went down very well with the audience - showing the benefits of what the 🤖 can do to free up valuable time for staff is a win win all round

A lot of people talk about learning Excel, SQL, PowerBI or Tableau on your Data Analytics journey. Not many talk about:

✅ Problem Solving
✅ Trend analysis
✅ Colour palette knowledge (for visualizations)
✅ Stakeholder comms

@jessica_xls @JWarbington @msexcel While I should be promoting the use of other BI tools, I will always love Excel purely for its flexibility - columns as large or as small as you want, can place things wherever you want and not within a predetermined grid, all the colours and fonts you could wish for, love it 😍

Decided to run a thematic analysis to feedback on a new initiative in the department. So far today I've a) had to remind myself how to do a TA and b) look up how to remove blank cells from Excel. Starting to wonder what else I've forgotten 😳

Nurses have played an integral role in our response to Covid-19. Many were redeployed, learning new skills while sharing expertise. Others stayed back and kept important services running.
