When the MDT works it works 🤗 visited a patient at 2pm discharged no pain relief or equipment after a THR was upset and worried. Call to GP, Rapid response request to hub and 3hrs later I visit to drop off some notes and dressings and find a different patient with a smile ☺️

Flowers delivered at the start of the week from a patients family that I supported with End of life care, they came through the post and have just started to bloom, they are beautiful ☺️

I have a patient with Ovarian Ca she has a Rocket Indwelling peritoneal catheter insitu recently it has been blocking with large amounts of fibrin. I have instructions from Rocket about flushing but wondering who has experience with this? @hattierocket @CommunityNurse6
