Happy Nurses day to my team we work hard to support each other to give our patients the best care. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork โค๏ธ this picture was given to the team from our amazing HCA who has become a TNA ๐
When the MDT works it works ๐ค visited a patient at 2pm discharged no pain relief or equipment after a THR was upset and worried. Call to GP, Rapid response request to hub and 3hrs later I visit to drop off some notes and dressings and find a different patient with a smile โบ๏ธ
Can we stop with the negativity towards the Thurs night clap. I know people who do this while sticking to lock down rules and feel they are giving us NHS staff their support ๐ it's one of the only things they can do so let's say thank you โค๏ธ
Flowers delivered at the start of the week from a patients family that I supported with End of life care, they came through the post and have just started to bloom, they are beautiful โบ๏ธ
Nurses day today thank you @Sharon36879963 for my thoughtful thank you note โบ๏ธ lovely to feel appreciated! Proud to be part of the Weymouth Portland Locality ๐
