@Hermesparcels I waited in all day for a delivery, to get an email to say it's been delivered to the communal area rather than my flat being contacted, I go down to the communal area and it's not there. What am i meant to do now? Christmas gifts I now can't replace. #angry

@virginmedia absolutely disgusted how hard it is to cancel a contract for someone who has altzimers and can't remember their password, unsympathetic call center staff after over 20mins was put through to the bereavement department! Furious isn't the word, absolute joke #madaf
@virginmedia@virginmedia , you are already doing this but if you have spelt the password incorrectly it will never get resolved. Plus the bigger picture here is you have left a vulnerable person without a landline which is used for emergency call button communication. #havenoenergytofight
@virginmedia Apparently there is a block on the line, when I try calling it's just busy, the alarm system is saying the line is disconnected. I checked everything I could. I understand it's the weekend I didn't need the bereavement department.
@virginmedia Not surprisingly no-one answered! So no I didn't get any help, still unable to cancel. Plus unable to get fault looked into on phone line until Tuesday leaving a vulnerable person without a landline which is used for emergency call button communication. Beyond upset @virginmedia
When working in anaesthetics, Frances’ main responsibilities include prepping equipment for surgery and supporting and calming patients going under anaesthetic. Being able to support both teams means Frances skills can be used wherever they're needed most! #TeamCUH
Meet operating department practitioner, Frances. She finished the second half of her training last September and now works in anaesthetics and recovery. She particularly enjoys working in recovery as she is able to get to know her patients and work with a very tight knit team!
