Senior PM: Most PMs optimize metrics. Great PMs understand humans.

Junior PM: What's the difference?

Senior PM: Metrics tell you something changed. Humans tell you what to change next.

Junior PM: So I should talk to everyone who doesn't convert?

Senior PM: Start with 10. Look for patterns.

Junior PM: And then?

Senior PM: Then you'll know if it's onboarding, pricing, expectations, or something else entirely.

As a Christian sister that grew up in church, and became a leader myself we are consistently groomed for marriage

Programs upon programs teaching us how to be good wives and mothers

We learn to cook, clean, be humble, the list is endless

In fact we are even taught how to knot tie

I remember one mummy saying “just in case your husband does not know how to”

This is to tell you how intense the training was

I think this was beautiful and I’m grateful for all the training I got

The problem is this;

How many programs are held to teach our brothers how to be husbands??

The average man does not even know about a woman cycle and all

Some have a a very shallow understanding from biology in secondary school

Women are taught to be wives but are men being taught to be husbands?

Head of house is not by 17 meat inside soup o

I personally believe that the place of a man in a home is such that “a body cannot exist without a head”

And so a woman comes into marriage armed to the teeth with knowledge and training and she meets a gap

And when she wants to talk, they wave the “submission”flag at her

The Bible compares the role of a man in a home to the role of Christ in the church

And I for one think that this is soooo heavy a comparison

I think that if men play their roles as Christ, they will be too busy laying down themselves, washing the proverbial feet of their families, giving their all for their families and this will in turn evoke such love and devotion from their wives and their children that they need not even open their mouth to ask for

Jesus laid down Himself

Go and read the pages of history and see how many Laid down their lives for Him in response to such selfless love.
