He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

@thameswater our meter is faulty and our bills are 5 x more than our neighbours. In December we turned the water off and the meter stopped. Today it didn’t. Our neighbour also had a broken connection at the meter. Can you please come urgently to fix and check. Thanks.

@Feargal_Sharkey We need to replace the word “spills” with a phrase that doesn’t sound accidental.
These are deliberate actions that kill. Then I’d get all the bosses of all the water companies to have a full, head dunking swim in their local rivers as part of a team building exercise.

@tvlicensing does a 91 yr old who sees elephants climbing his stairs &giraffes on the walls, who can’t lift a mug of tea to his lips, can’t chew, can’t stand or sit, can’t use the tv remote, can’t identify his kids, & who is on end of life care…does he have an exemption?

@nsandihelp as a PoA I spent a long time on the phone carefully writing down the exact instructions I needed to register my PoA.
I followed the instructions. Sent it off. 2 weeks later you write to me to tell me it’s wrong. What a bloody pallava.

@NHSEngland @NHSuk @NHSEnglandLDN I have just tried to cancel a 111 call out for my 90 year old dad. Apparently the reference number given this morning doesn’t exist. They can’t cancel the appointment, even tho dad won’t have anyone to let them in or answer his phone. #nologic
