@Wilko_xcared I have been in contact with your customer service with all the information you requested, they just said I could have a refund. Something I would be entitled to if I just wasn't happy with my ordered. No empathy at all for all the mess, damage to my carpet & inconvenience caused

@ThreeUKSupport No I have not. I cannot use the main line to complain as I have no longer got a current account with you. I have called for than 10 times and relayed my situation. Everybody has said they will escalate the problem and I will be called back but this has never happened
Disgusting customer service from @ThreeUK despite being a customer for over 10years cancelled my contact in march and paid my notice. Account not closed properly by @ThreeUK & after lots of phone calls when they promise to escalate my issue and call back now #debtcollectors
@ThreeUKSupport This was a complete waste of time. Having gone round in a loop of asking for help and with an outstanding balance on my account for more than 10 minutes I get this . Your customer service is a joke.
@PetsatHome I am being refunded for missing treatments yes but I have to set up a whole new account as apparently my details cannot be changed to my current address and email
Just come off a chat with @PetsatHome after many years as a customer we haven't had our flea order since march. Turns out when moving to a new system they have reset my email and home address to somewhere I have not lived in 5 years #unbelieveable
