@British_Airways thanks for leaving behind my luggage and sons car seat. How do you expect me to get from palma airport to my villa in Alcúdia with a 2 year old and no car seat? Pathetic. Why load half the bags and not the others? So many other parents in the same situation.
@British_Airways Are you able to amend the description of one of my missing baggage items? The agent in PMI has incorrectly described my son’s car seat and conveniently is still missing on the system despite my other bag having been located.
@marksandspencer horrendous customer service on your customer service phone line this evening. Your agent wasn’t even interested in listening to me & continued to talk over me. Poor & still no wiser regarding my refund.
@British_Airways totally didn’t realise that if I upgraded into club Europe I couldn’t then change my flight. Stuck on a 0620am flight with a 6 month old is not ideal! Am I able to cancel the upgrade at all? Please help now stressed out! 😭
@ZARA_Care does your WhatsApp service even work? 2 days in a row I’ve messaged to get a response at 10pm saying try again tomorrow?! You’ve not given me a refund for 2/4 items that I sent back to you and keep being told to “wait 48hrs” - is anyone able to actually help?!
