A very quick snap for @me_and_orla#15minutemagic weekly photo challenge, but I love that it's a bit different! A gorgeous family of goldfinches took up residence in our garden recently and we're all enjoying watching them on our coffee breaks π

The anxiety caught me yesterday and social media was a really bad place to be. So last night I set my daylight alarm clock to wake me up instead of my phone. I woke up to my sweet cat purring and nestling in for a cuddle, remembered my coffee was brewing⦠https://t.co/UWph8m38HF
It was my Granny's birthday yesterday. I wish she'd still been around by the time I realised how much we have in common. I think about her:

I've been working from home since Monday and my brain is a tangle of thoughts to share and ways I can be helpful. For now, I'm going to pull on this daffodil-coloured strand and let you know spring is arriving and I couldn't be happier about it. I have a⦠https://t.co/i5796Yn9uj
For the first time in ages I went out for a proper adventure yesterday, based on a brief pointer while driving past last weekend to a hill fort and a path to get there. To be honest the fort itself was a bit of a disappointment but the route there via th⦠https://t.co/hsK4GIuZuL

I've really committed to exercise this month. Along with yoga every day as usual, I've joined a challenge to run 1,000 miles this year, and it's helping motivate me to run further and more often. I'm also going for a couple of badges I've coveted since I⦠https://t.co/pVBehm21tR
