I think that learning for error means changing the way that we currently work - but how do we currently work??? Understanding how we currently work is a prerequisite to change. https://t.co/iZRuNpryxn
Fantastic morning kicking off the de-conditioning agenda, building shared purpose and lots of contributions and energy in the room! @HRCH @KingstonHospNHS @KHFTQI @_yourhealthcare

@virginmedia this is the longest I've ever been on hold for support (this was yesterday & still waiting). I hope it doesn't hit 24 hours. Phones also impossible. Seems to be no way to tell you about the lack of broadband I'm paying for.

@AmyCruickshank2@theQCommunity Hi Amy. It will be great to see you at the next meeting. I'll make sure you get an invite and added to the MS Teams group.
@katepryde@theQCommunity The 1st meeting is to work out what everyone would value from a network & how we can best connect. It would be great to see you in the future. Please DM with your email & I'll keep you posted.
Do you need support to make priority improvements in your team or service? Please get in touch for the last few places (application closing date 17th June). KHFT & HRCH staff welcome ๐
