We are celebrating @JoelMiles06 GCSE results the night before they come out 🥂Regardless of his grades I am beyond proud of my first born. After his last exam, he walked into Military college and has worked his socks off all summer whilst his mates have had a long break.

Schools, stop giving support staff one year contracts "due to budget constraints". You should know if you can afford the member of staff or not.

It really affects their abilities to live, for example getting mortgages, credit for cars etc.

Value them and employ them properly!
