Anybody who knows me will tell you that if everybody in Nigeria decides to relocate, I’d be the one to lock the gate after they leave. That’s how much I love this place.

When my friends and family ask me why I’ve not relocated or considered it, I jokingly say it’s because Amala joints are not everywhere like there are in Nigeria.

It hurts me so much that in recent times, I have been thinking strongly about relocating. I have never been forced in my life to do something I didn’t want to do but it’s getting inevitable. If I ever leave Naija, it’ll be against my will.
