@JDMahama Sir unfortunately I do not believe your ministers and appointees are proactive for your legacy term. I just drove past Lapaz, Nyamekye, Achimota bus tops and the number of people waiting for vehicles to their various workplaces is an eye sore.

I am expecting the municipal assembly to have by now arranged people to start clearing this sand off the road to make commute easy. But what do we see? No! It won’t be done and these people that struggled to get to work this morning will sit in traffic when coming back home.

Our response this morning should be as one worthy to be called an emergency response. Sir I am extremely disappointed we haven’t conducted an audit into the organization that issues building permits. People will not get up and build without permits.

It’s obvious we experienced a natural disaster. Driving through town today you could see parts of buildings that have collapsed, trees uprooted, pile of rubbish on the road. Some parts of the mallam overhead had broken into the road on my way.

This is not quality life. It is miserable to look at. We will not be able to do magic within 24 hours to solve the folding issue considerably. As such I believe little relieve and measures like this will help. And I was expecting to see your appointees doing something by now

All trotros are stuck on the Kasoa road because the road is filled with sand making it hard for vehicles to move. This has created the gridlock and the ripple effect is what we are seeing. People can’t commute to work. Your citizens shouldn’t be going through this.

These people should not be paying for the structural issues and lack of discipline facing the capital. The least the transport ministry can do this morning is to provide buses to relieve people of this stress. I am expecting to see buses at vantage points
