@PayPal the level of customer service is absolutely wild. They informed me that I can go to @Square if I have issues. I was hung up on, and this is absolutely inappropriate. She accused me of being fraudulent, and I want to speak with a senior supervisor.

I was told “plus size” shorts cost too much to make and here’s a coupon for 12% off. 😂 I mean I would have been happy with the socks.

@thehalara I’m floored by the lack of #inclusivity and #sizeshaming your company practices…I ordered some clothes today and ordered enough to get “free shorts.” Well unfortunately the shorts didn’t come in my size, so I reached out to customer service and was shocked by this!

Buyers beware...@SpiritAirlines will charge you $69.95 for a membership but it won't show on your account. I had to call in to get it and was told it was a "glitch" but would be fixed...showing I've been a member since TODAY even though it was renewed on June 26th... #scam #fraud

@PayPal whew, it’s been a long two weeks! I have followed step after step that was provided by YOUR agents. I have spent countless hours on the phone and still no resolution. The last agent just said to ship with another company. Is this your business model?

@Verizon overcharging a customer by $1600 & then telling them to WAIT 5-7 days but please keep paying your bill while we “investigate” is CRAZY! Your employees didn’t do their job & now we are being stuck w/ the cost and footing the bill while you “look into it” @VerizonSupport

Disappointed with our recent @RoyalCaribbean cruise (Jan 19, Fort Lauderdale). No muster bracelets for kids after multiple requests. No water. Jamaica excursion was chaos—wrong info, long waits, & overpriced ($250 photos, $5 lockers, $89 for basic food). Hoping for a response.
